New Jersey economy is in a terrible shape and the locals are getting desperate.
How do I know?
Because thieves have now started attacking Indian Dosa restaurants.
Strike on Parsipanny Dosa House
Folks, Mysore Woodlands in Parsipanny was the scene of an attempted robbery on Saturday, March 26, 2016.
Now, who in their right mind would attack a Dosa restaurant?
Dosa places are vegetarian restaurants, which means no high-priced Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Pasanda or Kabab platters. Just the humble Onion Uttappams, Mysore Rava Masala Dosa, BisiBele Bath etc on the menu. This means not much money at the cash register.
Media reports say a Mysore Woodlands employee was injured in the face during the robbery and had to be taken to Saint Clare’s Hospital for treatment (hope he had insurance).
The financial loss in the robbery has not been disclosed.
If you happen to know about the Dosa place robber, please contact the Parsippany Police Department’s Investigative Division at 973-263-4311.
The suspect is described as skinny, approximately 5-foot-5 tall with long-braided hair (dreadlocks) and wearing a white jacket or hooded sweatshirt (I suppose that description fits at least 500,000 teens in New Jersey).
