Nukkad, Jersey City, NJ Indian restaurant owner Garima Kothari (35) and her husband Man Mohan Mall (37) were found dead by Jersey City Police on April 26, 2020.
The body of Garima Kotari was found with multiple upper body injuries by Jersey City Police at her residence on Christopher Columbus Drive in Jersey City around 7:15AM.

And the body of Man Mohan Mall was discovered by Jersey City police while responding to a report of attempted suicide in the Hudson River near Montgomery Street and Exchange Place in Jersey City a little later.
According to a statement by Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office:
..the cause of death of the 35-year-old Jersey City woman found dead in an apparent murder-suicide on Sunday, Garima Kothari, has been ruled multiple upper body injuries and the manner of death has been ruled homicide.
…Ms. Kothari was approximately five months pregnant.
….The cause and manner of death for the deceased male, Man Mohan Mall, age 37, of Jersey City, who was found dead in the Hudson River near Exchange Place, is still pending.
Garima Kothari, an investment banker and a native of Kolkata opened Nukkad Indian restaurant on Green St, Jersey City in February, 2020.
And, Man Mohan Mall vice-president at Deutsche Bank was an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur.
While the deaths of Nukkad Indian restaurant owner Garima Kothari and her husband Man Mohan Mall appear to be a result of a murder-suicide, the final determination is still pending.
