Trupal Patel (29) of Brick, NJ was found dead in Shark River Park off Gully Road in Wall Township on February 22, 2017.
The body of Trupal Patel was discovered along the side of Gully Road by a Monmouth County Park Ranger.
A murder investigation has been launched by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and Wall Township Police.
According to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s office:
…the identity of Mr. Patel was confirmed and it was discovered he had been reported missing to the Asbury Park Police Department by a friend on February 9, 2017. A vehicle he had been driving prior to his disappearance was discovered abandoned on an Asbury Park street on that same day.

Joseph C. Villani (20) of Ocean Township, NJ has been charged Saturday February 25, 2017 with the murder of Trupal Patel by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
